Truffle D’affinois Crioche

Madame & Yves have just given birth to the crioche: a croissant-based dough baked in a custom brioche tin– resulting in airy, buttery, layers of a sweet loaf featuring caramelised edges. What’s more, they’ve partnered with Fromage d’Affinois to introduce it to the world, putting this treat over the top by filling it with their decadent, delectable Double Cream Truffle d’Affinois and house bechamel. It’s topped off with prosciutto, honey-glazed walnuts and d’Affinois chantilly. It’s an inventive treat for any time of day, combining all the savoury, rich goodness you’d expect from d’Affinois into a perfect bite… the Madame & Yves way.

They have a plain version available every day, and some new sweet options as well.
For now, we have only tried the decadent savoury version with Truffle D’affinois and bechamel and we honestly think it’s mindblowing.
