Cottage Point Inn

A peaceful one-hatted-restaurant with direct views on the water

Cottage Point Inn is the most peaceful place located in the Ku-ring-gai national Park with uninterrupted views on the bay and the mountains.

The restaurant has a well deserved hat: the food is exquisite and the price surprisingly correct ($130 for 4 course menu). We had Moreton bay bug tart, king prawns, stretched curd and octopus as starters, (perfectly cooked) swordfish and lamb rump as mains, with cooked pumpkin and liquorice cake & Valrhona chocolate crumble as desserts. All the dishes were perfectly well executed and the service was flawless.

It’s an amazing place to celebrate a special occasion – my hubby and I were on our babymoon! But we’ll definitely be back with no other reason than just enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and delicious food.
